With the continuous increase of human energy consumption and human beings paying more attention to environmental protection, the development and use of clean energy has become a trend. Clean energy includes wind energy, solar energy and nuclear energy, among which solar power generation is an important trend in the current social development. Safe and reliable, no noise, no pollution emissions, and solar energy is a permanent resource, but the cost of solar power generation is very high, and the energy distribution density of solar radiation is small, that is, it takes up a huge area, so make full use of each in a limited area. A photoelectric conversion device is extremely important. The photovoltaic power generation currently used in the market uses single (double) crystal silicon, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is only 15%-20%, and the production process of crystal silicon also has disadvantages such as high energy consumption and high pollution. In order to solve this series of problems and make better use of photovoltaic power generation, the future direction is gallium arsenide concentrating thermoelectric technology, which absorbs from the full spectrum of ultraviolet/visible light/infrared/far-infrared rays, which can provide very impressive high-efficiency photoelectric conversion efficiency42 % (theoretical limit value is 68%), it can also store energy, adjust peaks, realize continuous power generation, and is more environmentally friendly. The continuous application of gallium arsenide concentrating thermoelectric technology has put forward higher requirements for intelligent and high-precision tracking brackets. The old-fashioned fixed bracket has only one fixed orientation and cannot follow the sun. The efficiency is extremely low. The traditional single-axis bracket is arranged north-south and can be tracked in the east-west direction. However, due to the different latitudes of various places, it is still difficult to achieve high tracking accuracy. If it is impossible to develop an intelligent and high-precision tracking bracket, GaAs concentrating thermoelectric technology will not be able to achieve the absorption rate and use efficiency of its photothermal power generation, so this is a difficult problem that we must solve.
