Suspended Platform in Israel

Custom Suspended Platform Introduction:

We can design and make all kinds of special suspended platform to suit for any conditions and to meet special requirements proposed by the customers. Such as L leg single person platform, angled suspended platform, double deck platform, BMU gondola, single person suspended chair, circle suspended platform, movable end stirrup, ZLP350 suspended platform. 

Suspended scaffolding is a kind of high attitude/high access construction machinery, it has different name in different countries. It is called swing stage in North America, and San treo gondola in Vietnam, and called фасадных подвесных площадок in Russia, and also called andamios colgantes or plataformas suspendidas in Spanish countries, such as Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Spain and so on.

We would like to highly recommend model ZLP350, it is L leg type and can carry 350kg load when it comes maximum 16m platform length. The most important, it is approved by CE worldwide and SII (The Standards Institution of Israel) in Israel market. 

SII inspector conducted insite inspection at SHENXI since 2010. It includes documents inspection and products inspection. All technical files based on CE1808 covers design check, drawings, relevant information for products raw material, electrical schemes, manual instruction, design and stablility calculation, type test, prototpe insepction, manufacturing check, structural, stability and mechanical calculation, list of safety devices regarding qualification certificates, etc need to be checked and approved by The Standards Institution of Israel. 

Type test for ZLP800 Aluminum and steel platform (TSP) 

Overload test, auto levelling test, strength test, platform static load and dynamic load test, etc. Shenxi suspended platforms are approved by SII and are included in the license list.

SII came to do inspection for model ZLP350 in 2016. 

Year 2019, SII representitives Alex Zitnik and Elad Semel visited Shenxi (the forth time), to check model ZLP630 and ZLP800 temporary suspended work platform. All technical data and documents are strictly reviewed, products have been tested completely again.
