According to the monitoring data of the industrial investment information base of the China Academy of Commerce and Industry, from January to November 2022, the top 50 manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province invested in land acquisition, with a total land acquisition area of 1920.15 hectares.

From the area where the enterprises are located, Lianyungang City, Huai'an City, Xuzhou City and Suqian City have many enterprises on the list, with a total of 35 enterprises. Among them, there are 11 in Lianyungang, 10 in Huai'an, 7 in Xuzhou and 7 in Suqian.

Northern Jiangsu is expected to become a hot spot of real estate development in Jiangsu. Suspended platform has been widely used in the painting of external walls and the erection of curtain walls. The hometown of suspended platform is in Wuxi city, Jiangsu Province. In 2023, North Jiangsu may become the main market for the suspended platform industry.
